It's important for our counselors to have their voices heard. We all have unique perspectives and experiences that can contribute to important discussions and decision-making. When we speak up, we can help bring attention to issues that may have been overlooked, and we can inspire others to do the same. Speaking out can also help to create change and promote a more inclusive and equitable society. So don't be afraid to share your thoughts and ideas, and encourage others to do the same. Your voice matters!
