The actors of the Norwegian National Theatre find themselves in an uneasy truce with Nazi

cultural authorities during the German occupation of Norway. When they are forced to perform a Nazi propaganda piece, conscience comes face to face with The Final Solution.
THE ICE FRONT questions what it means to be an artist, to be a patriot, to be human.
PostPerformance Salon: A 1 hour Guildspecific Salon Discussion will follow this production, to provide an opportunity for members of the Guild to discuss the play with the Playwright (Eric Samuelsen), Director (Jerry Rapier), and Actors (Kirt Bateman, Roger Dunbar, Ariana Farber, Stephanie Howell, Jay Perry, Topher Rasmussen, Robert Scott Smith, Emilie Starr, Christy Summerhays).

This performance and postplay salon will be conducted at PlanB Theatre, 138 West

Broadway, Salt Lake City)
NOTE: 2 hours of ceu’s available for attending the play and the salon.

Please note that we have move our meeting location: Meetings are conducted at the Salt Lake County Division of Youth Services, 177 West Price Ave. (3610 S, just off West Temple), Salt Lake City, Utah 84115 unless otherwise specified in the schedule. Parking is permitted anywhere in the parking lot. Enter the building through the main entrance, which is by the flag pole in the circular driveway. From there, there will be a receptionist or signage to point you in the right direction. This location is accessible for anyone with limitations of physical mobility.

CEU’s have been approved for all inservice programs by Utah NASW and are free for Guild members & $5 for nonmembers

Most inservice meetings are video taped and posted on the Guild website for memberonly access. CEU’s are available for online viewing of inservice sessions.
