You are receiving this notice because you expressed interest in participating in the Peer Consultation Group presented by Utah Mental Health Counselors Association (UMHCA).

This monthly program provides a setting where therapists come to share information and ideas, discuss cases, and present ethical dilemmas. The group is run by its peer membership of interested therapists who also are members of UMHCA. 

You will receive additional details and material about the structure of the group in the coming weeks, including:

1. Recommended format for Case Presentation/Ethical Dilemma,
2. Overview of Ethical Decision-Making Model we will use, and
3. Request to sign the Indemnification Agreement via Email link,
