About the Presenter:


LeAnne Tolley began working at the Center for Change in 2001. She received her Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Psychology and is currently the Director of Experiential Therapies. She is a certified Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, as well as a Certified Yoga Therapist with The International Association of Yoga Therapists. Her background in Complementary Integrative Medicine and Modalities has allowed LeAnne to combine her training in anatomy and physiology with her experience as a yoga therapist to create a more holistic approach to healthcare. Along with other managerial duties, LeAnne teaches yoga, strength training, anatomy & physiology, relaxation & meditation. She also facilitates group, family, and one-on-one sessions in the area of exercise addiction, as well as her trademarked program RIMBA. The focus of this work is to help individuals create healthy, balanced lives through “functional fluidity”. She is a frequent lecturer on exercise addiction and loves to help individuals find their way back to joyful movement and vibrant longevity.
