Course Objectives: In this intermediate to advanced workshop the following information will be covered:

• Foundations of ethics

• Decision making models within supervision

• Dealing with paradoxical needs of client and supervisee

• Review of cases

Dr. Verl Pope is an LPCC (KY), CCMHC, NCC, and ACS. He is currently working as the Program Chair at the University of Phoenix Utah Campus. He has worked closely with NBCC and the Approved Clinical Supervisor certification. He has developed an advanced training supervisory program that qualifies for the Approved Clinical Supervisor certification which he plans to offer at University of Phoenix. He has recently joined the University of Phoenix team having provided many years of excellent service at Northern Kentucky University and Southeast Missouri State University.

University of Phoenix has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider No. 4570.

Each participant will receive 2 ethics NBCC clock hours.
