Presenters:

Anna Lieber serves as our current President of UMHCA. Anna Lieber has over 20 years of experience in behavioral health and is the current Director of Clinical Services at Salt Lake Behavioral Health, an adjunct professor in the Master of Counseling program at Westminster, and a board member of UMHCA. Anna is a Nationally Certified Counselor and has an extensive history working in crisis intervention, psychotherapy, and case management. Anna's clinical interests are in adolescent/childhood mental health, attachment, personality disorders, trauma/PTSD, obsessive compulsive disorders, suicide prevention, and addiction. Anna's favorite part of her current work is clinical supervision, providing clinical trainings, and program development. She loves to read all genres and spends most of her time working, reading, cooking and camping (when it's not winter). Her husband and dogs enjoy the camping and cooking but miss her when she works too much.

Dr. Gray Otis serves as the Presidential Advisor. Gray Otis, PhD, is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a private practice in Cedar Hills. He specializes in individual and couples counseling and is a specialist in trauma resolution. Gray is the primary author of "Key Core Beliefs, the Heart of Happiness and Health." In addition, he is a consultant with training development expertise in advanced interpersonal effectiveness and quality improvement. He is a past president of the American Mental Health Counselors Association. He specializes in trauma resolution, addiction recovery, and couples counseling. He provides assessment, diagnosis, and effective treatment for complex, co-occurring mental disorders. His model of care resolves the underlying causes of distress while promoting integrated health, personal strengths, and empathetic relationships. Individuals overcome problematic concerns while building resilient positive core beliefs. He also offers consulting in program analysis, leadership development, and strategic planning. His work results in innovative solutions and successful outcomes through evidence-based best practices. Gray is a past-president of the American Mental Health Counselors Association. He is the author of numerous publications and a presenter at national workshops and conferences.
