COURSE OBJECTIVES 

Understand the 5 types of ethical considerations and framework of ethics. 

Be able to identify 3 ways to prevent ethical violations. 

Be able to use an ethical decision-making model to address common ethical dilemmas. 

PRESENTER

 Anna Lieber (she/hers) has over 20 years of experience in behavioral health in direct client care, program development, and administration. She is a Qualified Clinical Supervisor and current Clinical Director of Westminster College’s Masters of Mental Health Counseling Program. She is also the President of the Utah Mental Health Counselors Association, board member of the Crime Victim Reparations and Assistance Board, and provides regular trainings to therapists and medical providers. Anna is a Nationally Certified Counselor and member of the NBCC, American Association of Suicidology, AMHCA, ACA, ACES, and LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapist Guild of Utah. She has extensive experience in the treatment and program development for many disorders and populations including developmental trauma, military issues, traumatic brain injuries, psychoses, PTSD/trauma, suicidality, and more.
