Because of the systemic nature of this relational approach to ethics, factors such as culture, race, gender identity, etc., are key components of the content of the workshop. We promote diversity in our trainings, and strive to establish a context of humility, understanding, and acceptance. We also invite and encourage open conversation and feedback so participants actually help shape their experience.

The workshop is a virtual workshop presented via Zoom. Presenters use PowerPoint slides to introduce content and highlight key points. Videos will be used as well to demonstrate specific applications. The heart of the learning process is experiential so we incorporate numerous exercises in small-group breakout rooms. Because there are three presenters, we also monitor comments and questions in the Chat room. Participants must also pass a quiz at the end of the workshop in order to receive their Certificate of Completion.

Pamela K. King, M.S., LMFT;  Victor Nelson, M.Div., S.T.M., LMFT;  Chris Chickering, M.A., LMHC    These three presenters are also the planning team that developed these training events.

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion AFTER they have successfully passed our Quiz AND completed the workshop Evaluation
