In this ADAA-hosted session, Dr. Barclay draws on his clinical experience using biofeedback-informed and neurophysiological regulation approaches, including technology-supported strategies, to explore anxiety and depression beyond cognitive and emotional symptoms. The discussion will highlight autonomic nervous system regulation, gut–brain interactions, and practical considerations for integrating noninvasive, regulation-focused approaches into clinical care.

Participants will gain insight into how integrative, mind–body and gut–brain–informed frameworks can support autonomic balance and physiological resilience in both in-person and remote practice settings.
